KDE 4.3.1 is now available for BeleniX 0.8 Alpha via the network installer. For instructions on how to use the network installer please follow this blog post:

This build of KDE 4.3.1 improves over the earlier 4.2.4 release including fixes for some issues on BeleniX. Please follow the posts on http://moinakg.wordpress.com/ if you are interested in the gory details. This release by default uses the "Tango" icon set that is not 100% suitable for KDE. The Oxygen Icons are not included by default since it is 25MB in size when compressed insanely with 7Zip! If  you are interested in grabbing the Oxygen Icon set please execute the following after installation:

pfexec spkg updatecatalog

pfexec spkg install oxygen-icons

Once again you are recommended to use a new user account for this release since KDE 4.2.4 settings make 4.3.1 unhappy. Thanks to the KDE-Solaris repo and Fedora Core 11 repo for patches.
